Mr. Khevare is a Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist, Performance Coach, Entrepreneur, Farmer and a Public Speaker with over 10 years’ industry experience.

His qualifications: Postgraduate Diploma Human Resources Development (HRD-UNISA), Bachelor’s Degree Human Resources Management (HRM- NUST), Business Coaching Certificate University of Stellenbosch’s Business School (USB), Certified coach by COMENSA, Leadership Development Certificate from the University of Stellenbosch’s Business School.

Mr. Khevare works for the National Petroleum Corporation of Namibia (NAMCOR), he oversees employees learning and development. he also serves as Director for Corporate Affairs at the Namibia Volleyball Federation (NVF). Since 2004, Mr. Khevare has worked in various industries including Railway, Airline and the tourism sector respectively. He has vast experience in the area of Employee Learning and Development including Organizational Development.

Mr. Khevare strives to assist businesses and people to reach their ultimate potential.
